Below you will find one of IHF's Human Dynamics Training (HDT) handouts. Contained within the handout is a list of 12 human error influencers known as Human Factors 'Dirty Dozen'. These demonstrate human factors, which are seen as precursors to accidents, incidents and near misses. At IHF we often recognise these factors as issues observed on a day-to-day basis in many high-risk work environments. IHF's training ‘spotlights’ these issues, enhancing peoples awareness in order to improve safer working conditions. Look out for these in your workplace.
