Examples include:
Nexen (CNOOC) - IHF were brought into Nexen, specifically to develop new management and safety-management systems. At the heart of this project was the design, implementation, training and sustainment phases of a new Control-of-Work (CoW) system (including a new electronic Permit-to-Work system) which produced a more efficient and reliable safe-system-of-work across Nexen’s North Sea assets.

BP - IHF’s work for BP Global Upstream and UK Operations included the re-writing and re-formatting procedures and checklists, from diverse areas such as over-side working, temporary habitats, ground excavation, working-at-height, risk assessment and mechanical and electrical isolations. In a nutshell, this was all associated with existing control-of-work systems. IHF also developed a fatigue-management strategy for UK-use, including theoretical and practical applications, from a human-factors perspective.
