IHF Pulse
IHF Pulse is IHF’s Behavioural Marker System.
An industry leading differentiator setting a new standard on how to measure in a cost-effective, impactful and sustainable way, behavioural based training courses.
IHF are specialists in designing behavioural-based marker systems.
Having the ability to design specific analysis frameworks allows us to tangibly measure the successes (and failures) of non-technical training courses. Using custom-designed questionnaires, through the use of quantitative measurements we can measure the non-technical world just as accurately as the technical world. .
IHF Pulse can provide a statistically valid assessment.
A statistically valid assessment of the effectiveness of behavioural-based training courses and demonstrate effectiveness of training initiatives, RoI and ensure that a continual improvement cycle is sustained over the lifecycle of the training course.
Benefits
How IHF Pulse works
Custom-designed questionnaires
Questionnaire is designed specifically to measure the behaviours targeted in the course. They are also tested reviewed and updated before being implemented.
Baseline measure
A baseline measurement is captured by having the delegates answer the questionnaire before taking the course.
Interval Measurements
The second measurement is taken after the course, followed by 3, 6, 9 and 12 months measurements. Behaviour shift is a slow process by nature, and it is necessary to capture data over a significant period of time to have valuable data and results.
Data collection
Data is collected through IHF Pulse online platform. This is a secure platform, developed and owned by IHF Ltd where data is captured and treated anonymously and confidentially.
Data Analysis
The collected data is statistically analysed by an IHF consultant.
Analysis Reports
The output of the data analysis is shared with the client in the form of a report/presentation
