IHF Academy – COMING SOON!

The IHF Academy will be open to Human Factors graduates with a no industry experience or more experienced candidates with some industry experience who wish to become Suitability Qualified Equipped Personnel (SQEP).

What you’ll get

  • The IHF Academy will provide graduates with a set of module courses, that will enable candidates to become Suitability Qualified Equipped Personnel (SQEP).
  • We will provide you with a supportive and engaging environment where you can grow your career.
  • We’ll provide you with a framework that empowers you to take control of your own development, and support from our leaders and HF experts.
  • Where Chartered (or equivalent) status is appropriate to a graduate’s role and career path, IHF will aid and support candidates in gaining their qualifications.
